Captivated by this revelation, he pivoted from purchasing a coffee farm to revitalizing these ancient practices. Salar's vision was clear: to reignite traditional values and craft a coffee that truly encapsulates the region’s spirit. His journey of passion, innovation, and resilience transformed a simple idea into a reality, setting a new standard for exceptional coffee.
